I will never use their gym services / membership ever again.

I will never use Virgin Actives gym services / membership ever again. I was **** to about the contracted amount, and when I queried this, they delayed sending the official contract, which I could not cancel within the initial month.. I noticed that their branch manager Loyiso from Sunninghill Branch did not act appropriately to ensure that this matter was resolved in December and then continued to debit my account, even after emailing them and requesting them for them to acknowledge. I am highly disappointed to say the least.
