I was not Treated fairly as per TCF.

I joined the gym through a discounted medical aid benefit, most times when I went to the branch, they are offline or can't pick up our membership and just let us in. It got really exhausting that our cards didn't work, this lead to our medical aid benefit for the gym to be cancelled. No one notified me. Our subscription increased drastically, I would also be embarrassed to tell my client. I found out today when I called them, I immediately told them to cancel & as usual they told me stories. I have not been treated fairly by the Chillie lane branch. I need confirmation of cancellation as agreed with the lady who picked up the phone today and I need to know why I was not notified?
