I was called Stupid!!

So the staff at Virginia Active Bramfontein is usually very helpful, patient and friendly even the cleaning ladies. However on this day (12/09/2017) it was my 1st time coming across such a bad mannered person her name is Busi, she seemed tired, bored and really annoyed.l I forgot my tag so they logged me in using my ID therefore I couldn't come out after my workout. Luckily I sported Busi with 2customers. I just made a signal for her to quickly tag me out and apologised for interrupting. She indeed tagged but the metal door didn't swing fully. Stuck in between the metals I asked her to please tag again as I'm am stuck something must've gone wrong. She simply told me I'm gonna have to wait as she is busy with other customers and how it's not her fault that I forgot my tag. I wasn't gonna mind waiting on the other side until she was done but the problem is that I was stuck in between the metal doors carrying bags and others couldn't exit. So I asked her to please call someone else so that I can just get out cos clearly she's got a problem with me for some unknown reason. She told me it's not her fault that I forgot my tag. At this point my patience is running out fast. I asked her if this is how she treats paying customers. She lifted her finger and told me I'm stupid for thinking I matter as I'm not the only customer there. Luckily another consultant saw the scene she was causing and quickly tagged me out which is all I ever wanted mot politics. I was very disappointed I've never experienced such disrespect at this gym they are usually very professional.
