I want my money back

I have cancelled my contract last year August and they started deducting money for my membership, now I have to constantly call and get feedback on my refund which was logged 3 weeks ago. When I do phone the call centre they put me on hold for 10+ min to get feedback from the refunds department and being promised that they will call me back but never do. I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK.
