I 've been waiting for almost a month now.

<p>I was a member with VA in midrand boulders Thabang sales consultant recruited me to join VA I ask him what will happen if I get retrench he said I can call a number at the back of the card and they will cancel my membership, I was recently retrenched and I went VA in boulders informing them about the situation, they said I should call the call centre which I did, I call them several times they told me different story some of the they said I needed to pay fine, some said I do not have to pay anything but to submit all the necessary documents, which I email all documents, I kept on ricieving automatic email reply say they are busy with my case for almost a week. I was then called by collection consultant advicing me to pay the account and if I don't it's gonna affect my credit score which I did pay. For month of October and now they have debited my account again. For month of Nov and I was retrenched in October.</p> <p>What I need firstly is to be help, like they promised as I joined VA secondly I my money.</p>
