I regret joining Virgin Active

I've been having problems since I joined Virgin Active! Then the branch in Edenvale messed up my account even worse! I went to them million times begging them to fix it but still they dont I even called the head office for help.... nix..... but they still deduct in my bank! I dont go to gym anymore because of this I seriously regret joining Virgin Active I should've gone to Gym Company. They ****ed my spirit of a healthy lifestyle! I havent been to gym in more than a month now running after they. The Edenvale manager Sipho and a consultant Lusanda are my horrible. If you not white you treated like dirt there. All I want right now is to cancel my membership.
