I received a call from MBD debt collectors saying I owe virgin active as I have breached the contract …I have never cancelled my contract ,I have never received any notification of cancellation from them

I received a call from MBD debt collectors saying I owe virgin active as I have breached the contract …I have never cancelled my contract ,I have never received any notification of cancellation from them.I have never changed my banking details to avoid paying the R480..unless I’m charged for not going to gym…
