I NEED YOUR BANKING DETAILS

Good day,

I have changed my banking details 3 months ago. I went to the branch to change over to my new banking details and I was told to contact head office, I have emailed and phoned. Spoke to someone at head office and I was told that banking details will be sent to me so I may make payment. I keep getting phone calls demanding payment and I keep asking them to send me banking details so I can make payment. This is my last resort, please can someone assist with banking details so I can pay????
