I need my money back, Virgin Active.

I don’t often take things this far, but it seems like I need to resort to such measure because Virgin Active has just blatantly ignored my refund request.

I’ve requested a refund as they incorrectly took my money (for a few months), after having cancelled a contract with them. They admitted to this, and I was given a reference number on 27 June 2023 (Ref no. ***).

Can I please be assisted Virgin Active? I need my money.
