I'm am not happy with the booster pack

I am a member of virgin active this is my first month back... someone at virgin active gave me the wrong information and I ended up joining the booster pack because of that wrong info I was given... firstly they said I had 250.00 credit in my account n I told them no it's not true they told me they we're sure Virgin.active should refund me 250 so if I join the booster pack I'll only need 200 and secondly that I have until the month end to pay for the booster pack so that was my first week now my account is in arrears with 450 and every time I enter I have a problem and it's only been two weeks now and I'm.tired of this situation... I really thought I was going to finish my two years now I'm thinking of canceling my contract because they said they r going to try and ractify the issue but still to today I have the same issue...virgin active ppl misleaded me and I m not happy
