I lodged a complaint - not sorted!!!

I lodged a complaint at the end of December 2015, and a Tracy-Lee Delport emailed me. I gave her my cell, my sons cell number, she had my email address and nothing resolved.<br> I received two emails from her and then nothing else. No resolve, or suggestions.<br> <br> Now my 20yr old son is listed with MBD after I tried to resolve this before any overdue amounts started! <br> <br> I emailed the accounts department directly - no help!<br> <br> I list on Hello Peter - no help!<br> <br> All before this happened!<br> <br> Where next?
