I joined virgin active Northgate...they debited my account twice but they day I am owing ...I send them the bank statement in their customer care and called them couple of times but when I go to gym they say I'm in arreas now I spoke with sales manager at Northgate he said he will sort it out but nothing was done ..I am very frustrated I want to cancell my membership with them but now I'm scared they will say I owe them still Virgin Active really treat people bad
