I have to pay triple what I owe virgin active

I tried to register at a virgin active to my surprise I owe the previous virgin active I went to, they told me I won't have cancellation fees when I registered coz I experienced paying these fees before and they said no you won't, but I guess the agent just wanted to put a sale through. So I call virgin active to get this settled so that I can continue with my registration. To my surprise I've been handed over, just overwhelmed with surprises today. Virgin active tell me I owe R600 odd rands so I call MBD who I'm handed over to. Called MBD and to my SURPRISE!!!!! I owe R1900 and R900 was apparently handed over to them. I asked why so much they couldn't explain. Called virgin active to settle this with them and they said NO! I'm expected to pay more then double what I owe, infact triple... Virgin active is like I'm sorry. I'm so dissapointed...
