I have attempted to contact Virgin Active multiple times over the past month

I have attempted to contact Virgin Active multiple times over the past month. Every time I phone, someone cuts the call. I have mailed through the website and emailed the address on the website and still no assistance. There is only 1 number to contact and there are no other channels of communication. This is some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Absolutely shocking.
