I had account with virgin account,they suppose to debit account on the 25th of every month but they don't do that,they go to my account any day they want, and it reverse because there is no money,I decided to pay myself,they didn't update the account,when I phone account department I spoke to Lesley Faro,she was not helping,I send proof of payment,she phoned me and said I'm still owing and I tried to find out how,line cut I phoned back there were no help and the stopped my card I can't access the gym.
