I feel ****** by Virgin Active

So today I found out that Virgin Active has been charging me full membership rates for my daughter since Feb 2016. My daughter is 11 years old now and she is on vitality and so is my son and has been all along. I demand a full refund plus interest for all the money I paid. I paid for V Club access and then also get charged for normal membership?????
