I don't understand how I company can sell you a cash back deal and only pays half of the promised amount. Very disappointed at this company.

<p>I sign up my brothers. 2 members at Melrose Arch then head office messes up when they down grade me and my brothers when I specifically to downgrade my brothers and not me. Then now reduce to payback my cash money back the only pay back for one of my brothers. Virgin active sa so quick to take my money but will never pay it back. </p>
