I am very disappointed with the lack of security measures at Virgin Active- Cresta

I am very disappointed with the lack of security measures at Virgin Active - Cresta. Recently, my locker was broken into and my phone was ******. Another lady’s locker was also broken into on the same day (07-11-2025). Today, I learned that the following day (08-11-2025), four more phones were ******. Despite these repeated incidents, Virgin Active has not taken any visible action to address the problem. There are no warnings or notices to alert members that lockers are no longer safe for valuables. At the very least, flyers should be posted on the walls advising members not to leave phones or valuables in lockers. This is unacceptable for a gym that promotes a safe and secure environment. I urge Virgin Active to take immediate steps to improve security and protect its members.
