I am tired of virgin active

It takes a month to two to fix access, what took planet fitness an hour takes virgin active literally a month going for two now, I paid vitality linking fee immediately because I had hope that things will be better this side.

I was convinced to leave planet fitness because I was told I am getting a free month, I will start paying end of May and there are other benefits like free access for my son but even today I can’t access the club without issues, I have to text and make phone calls literally everyday to Brian in Bryanston and everyday there is something but the access is never fixed, missed out on so many days of working out, even discouraged to go to gym. please fix this or withdraw my membership completely because what in the world is this? I will only start enjoying the membership after two to three months ?
