I am not sure if virgin active staff took advantage of me

I join descovery medical aid but when i wanted to activate vitality i had to pay R450 and they mentioned that will get free month if i join but later i realize that new members get free month like i did 4 yrs ago, secondly as free option if available for moving to vitality would be nice.if i paid normal dee for Feb n March it R460 now even with free month it's R450 plus vitality price for amarch.Based on this if u get my message clearly it is not good and lost my month to month plan since now i am joining new contract.if this process is normal it okay i will try put behind like everything is normal.
