I am a diabetic on renal failure, and I take a water tablet to help with circulation from the bottom of my legs. So a toilet trip can turn into an emergency very quickly or I could soil my pants. On the 16 December I stopped at t Virgin active waterfall for such an emergency. I had to wait for the manager on duty to wrap up a call as the other two could not make a decision. I was eventually refused permission from the manager to use the toilet and was directed to the public toilet. On reaching the public toilet I realised that a pin code was needed to enter the toilet so now I had to run around looking for a car guard to help with that. fortunately there were a number of Hirsch staff promoting their store. One of Hirsch staff walked me back to the toilet, with the pin so that I could relieve myself. What in Virgin Active would there be for me to *****. From where i stay in Noordwyk, there are two Virgin actives within a km...but I will not be using them.
