Hygiene, Sauna Low Temperate and Cleanliness and Dirty Mat!

I have recently re-signed up for a club membership at Virgin Active Sunningdale, CPT. I have to say that the level of the cleanliness or lack thereof of the facilities is astounding!

The males' bathroom is always nasty, sink filled with hair and just generally dirty such that you wouldn't even consider brushing your teeth or let alone use the tap to wash your hands.

They have this very dirty mat which has never been changed or washed since I have been there for the past 2 months, I am not sure if it's the only mat they have for the male bathrooms, but its so bad such that no one ever attempts to stand on it, people will rather walk to change clothes wet as they just stepped out of the shower. This creates further work for the 1 cleaner on duty that day? I have been a member of many Virgin Active clubs before but the idea that this club has no more mats in order to wash the current one is mind-boglging to say the least?

The sauna is always dirty is always dirty i.e. the glass that covers up the fire/heat place, and even where plangs where people sit is always dirty, and I am not sure if it ever gets scrubbed or washed with proper detergents to ensure cleanliness as other good clubs actually do? The sauna temperature is extremely low vs the avg temperature of other clubs which then creates more budden for people to keep releasing more water in order to increase it, but had it been at a good warm/hot temperature that would not be necessary?

I have raised some of these issues on several occassions at the front desk, but none of these are getting any attention which is really ridiculous given the fact that I am a paying customer?

I have to possibly consider transferring my membership elsewhere should things stay as it!
