Humiliating Treatment

<p>My son has been training at Century City Virgin Active for over a year now. He is at the gym every single day, for two hours, training very very hard as he is an aspiring body builder. Everybody at the gym knows him! He is at Varsity and so when he comes home, we have to transfer his membership from that gym to his home town gym so that he can train. He is extremely dedicated.</p> <p> </p> <p>This past Sunday, he arrives at the gym, to be told by Linda who is apparently the manager there, that he may not have access. I mean, honestly, on a Sunday!!! Head Office is closed on a Sunday and nobody can do anything about transferring memberships on a jolly Sunday!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Not only was he denied access but then Linda proceeded to contact all the Virgin Active gyms in the close proximity to tell them not to allow my son access into their gyms too!! </p> <p> </p> <p>My son, however having been totally dehuminized and humiliated by Linda did not even try!!</p> <p> </p> <p>This kind of treatment is totally unacceptable!! It is harassment. Lindas conduct is totally unprofessional! </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
