This is **************** that Virgin Active policy of the gym is that you cancel a month in advance so that the gym can still take your fee for the once month. That is grossly unfair and such a bad policy.

I am in financial difficulty and Virgin is taking food out of my child's mouth. I already lose the one off fee of R1800. Why still take more from me?

Its not a big amount so I don't understand why your policy is so oppressive.
