Huge concelation fee!

<p>Beginning of july I was pesterized by one of virgin active consultant in polokwane to join the gym. Even though i told this guy that i have just joined the new company plus i am writting exams. He told me that there is no problem should i need to cancel i can just call the head office and cancel. Just like that. Because he was calling and whatsapping m3 even during the weekends i paid the joining fee of R150. He then gave me a bag. </p> <p>As weeks go i noticed that i will never have time for gym. So i went to virgin active to cancel. I was shocked to hear that the cancellation fee is R11500!! What the hell is that? For what because i have never used their services. I paid for their admin which is that R150 i paid for nothing. Their bag is still as it was handed to me. Never openned it. Virgin active; did i put myself into Hell? Am i bound to pay you my money for nothing? Did you call me during the days of month to find out why am i not attending your gym? Why am i not using your facilities? If then no, why should i pay you? </p> <p>Going to the gym is my personal choice. I did not sign for the DEAD SENTENCE with you. This is ****ing off!! </p>
