How many Virgin Active employees does it take to cancel an Account?

I've been trying to cancel my account with VA (Westlake branch) since November with no success. My last attempt was in December through their website. They rep**** with a reference number (ref number ********** 067) asking to me confirm the cancellation; which I did with strict instructions. I've tried getting hold of them several times and every time they'd ask me to confirm. Which I was doing every time! My request has bounced to and around 3 people (Ruwayda, Anthony and John Petersen) at VA without any assistance with my account's cancellation!

Poor! Poor! Poor service! I'm actually very disappointed!
