How great is it to be greated by Name!
I go to the gym early in the mornings before work, and yesterday I was blown away about what happend. The person scanning us in greated me by my name before even scanning me in and seeing my name. And when I left he also greated me by name. It made me feel like part of the family! Great service at cascades PMB Virgin active gym! Keep it up!
