How do I even get this fixed

I am so tired I signed up when virgin active had this offer in May.... that you get 2 months free .... I signed up now they saying I owe R1000 I go back to the girl who signed me up she gives me the call center number to check why. I called them they saying this R1000 outstanding is the 2months free as the fee is R500 per month and that the club where I signed up (Athlone) needs to fix this. Now they telling me go back to the call center and then back to the club but nobody wants to help me. The call is also so rude telling me well they can't fix and they don't know how it's going to be fixed and just the phone down when I ask who I am speaking too.
