Horrifying

<p> </p> <p>I had an awful experience with Virgin active and it is an ongoing process.</p> <p> </p> <p>In 2009 I visited my mother in Vanderbijlpark as I lived in JHB since 2002. During that week in April 2009 a consultant called me to join the open week as a friend gave up my number for telemarketing- her name: Leanne Douglass.</p> <p> </p> <p>Under absolute false information she must have signed me up for a 2 year gym contract at the vanderbijlpark branch. I live in JHB and i would never sign up at a gym where i need to drive 75km to daily to go and gym. </p> <p>Virgin Active gave me over to a legal firm and for 7 years I have been battling to sort this out. it is now at the point where I am not allowed to gym at my virgin active in centuron and was really embarresed in front of many people about this.</p> <p> </p> <p>Virgin Active has given me a bad record with this false informatin and documentation and now is making my live a living hell. Point is, it is very obvious as I said, I dont even live in the area so I also wouldnt have signed up for a membership, plus it was never even used.</p> <p> </p> <p>I really hope this frustration can be sorted out immediately.</p>
