horrific incident that led to my mother's death

I would like to share an incident on one of the branches in Greenacres virgin active that led to the horrific incident of my mother death. I was called by one of my acquittance at 9H45 to hurry and come to the gym because she saw my mother falling. please bear in mind that Virgin Active did not even call the next of keen to hurry and come to the gym. while I was driving and rushed to virgin active, I called the ambulance at 09H49 This story below is what happened to my mother.

My mother went to the gym as normal. while attending the aqua lesson my mother mentioned that she is not feeling well and she in haled the water. my mother managed to get out of the pool and set down. my mother coughed and asked for oxygen which Virgin Active refused to give it to her stating that a doctor or a nurse can only give her oxygen. My mother is a retired nurse and has been working for 40 years & she then was attending the lessons with the team of nurses. The nurses begged virgin active to give them oxygen, but they refused to do so. my mother than vomited and was unresponsive thereafter.

The incident report from the hospital stated that they called the ambulance at 9H57 that was after called them. we arrive at the same time with the ambulance. the CPR was being done by the employees which I am not even sure if they are qualified to do so. after 30 minutes watching my mother being resuscitated only then the doctor arrived. The did CPR for 45 minutes. already you can read in between the line.

My mother was nonresponsive way before the doctor arrived. the doctor informed me that they will take my mother to the hospital and continue with resuscitated. While we were in the waiting area the doctor told us that the cut of time for resuscitation is 20 minutes and virgin active did it for 45 minutes meaning that my mother passed away at virgin active. but Virgin active did not want to be accountable for their action. my mother died for only asking for oxygen, clearly anyone can die in Virgin Active, please bear in mind that this is not the first incident not the last. I was never called, and I wouldn't have known the cause of my mother's death.

Furthermore, they publish the incident on herald which Damon the operational manager confirmed with a very irritated face. what makes it worse is that Virgin active is still deducting from my mother's account.
