Horrific abuse by Theo @ Virgin active boksburg k90

Never in my life have I been treated so terribly by anyone. The utter disrespect and attitude received from Theo (manager) at virgin active has completely left me in shock. I went innocently with my two little girls to the gym and Theo refused to let me and my girls in as she mistakely swiped my husbands access card when he wasn't present. Even after asking her to reverse the entry as I didn't mind - she refused to do it and refused to let me in to virgin active boksburg. Eventually I told her that her attitude stinks and she rep**** by saying smell it and she said that many times. Prior to this she threatened to call police on me when I did nothing wrong. She mistakely swiped My husbands card when he wasn't present and then treated me and my little girls like ****. Theo has no customer service what so ever and told me she is the manager there and that she won't let me or my girls into the club. Theo should not be in a customer facing role and has left me disgusted. Horrible service and abuse is what she provides customers. People like her will never progress in life. @ Virgin active ... I request a formally apology from theo for the abuse and I request that u take disciplinary action against her to prevent future service failures in your boksburg branch. I even threatened to go to Richard Branson and she said do whatever and smell her attitude. Staff like this will tarnish your brand terribly. I am paying customer and innocently came with my girls to swim and never thought anyone would disrespect me so badly. I trust the necessary action will be taken action Theo ; if not she will continue to tarnish your brand.
