HORRIBLY run clubs. And HQ couldn't care less. No response to cancellations.

I've been trying to get the manager of the Bedfordview gym to come and see how bad her gym design is and how half the gym floor since the "revamp" is serving a minority of members while it's making it harder for the majority of members to train.

How ridiculous is it that there's less space to work out of a floor and there's literally 1 ab machine? 1 leg extension? Etc.

I can go on for days.

The club manager agrees to meet me, makes a time, and then doesn't pitch. None of her staff had seen her.

Head office thinks these are good things. They see the mail thread where there are constant issues and the manager doesn't make her appointment and their response is "we're glad you're happy"

Then when you call in the contact center they hang up on you.

And what will they do? NOTHING! They pass the complaint onto the club manager everyone is unhappy with.

I've requested cancellations, they don't respond.
