Horrible Service the worst by far

Your call centre staff is very rude and unprofessional, i called this morning on the 2 September at 8:25 and the agent answered my call when i asked her name she send me back to the que and she answered and decided hang up the phone in my ear. all because i asked for her name. please go back to the call records and trace this call. this is very frustrating. Now I have been holding on the line for the past 6 minutes because your lines are busy. When you get an agent to call me back i would like cancel my membership I don't see the need to continue having business with people who have no respect for us.
