Horrible Service from Nolfefe Gwebani

I've reached out multiple times for assistance on my fees, Nolfefe Gwebani said that she would get back to me and still has not. I've sent her multiple emails and she still has not responded. Then Nosipho said she would escalate this and nothing has happened so far. I will never do business with Virgin Active again because of their pathetic services. I will never recommend anyone to join any of their branches. I'll rather join Ignite or Planet Fitness which is out of the area.
