Horrible service

I opened an account at virgin active sunnypark mall,Lindokuhle the consultant advised that I have to pay a joining fee for the account to be active,something happened and I couldn't pay the fee,I had to move from Pretoria back to kwandebele,funny enough I recently found out that the account is suspended and I have to pay legal fees to their external collectors whereas in my understanding an account has to be handed over if payment is not made for three consecutive months,today I was advised that the account was cancelled on the 20th of September 2018,but the amount keeps on piling up
