Horrible service

Disgusting service from the payments team. I paid my membership fee at a club in January 2022 and till today May 2022 that payment had never been allocated. I get constant harassment every time I need to access gym facilities as my account incorrectly reflects arrears. I have made numerous calls and sent POP to no avail. Shocking and disappointing
