Horrible service

Wow what a horrible comapany consultants are rude at the gym and on the phone wish i joined planet fitness plus they have better facilities virgin active i am dissapointed and i am a collections club memebers paying R1700 a month for horrible service just because i want to downgrade i was even asked to i want to cancel or what wow i know planet fitness will be taking alot of clients from you because your comapany is bad like your equipment
