Horrible Service at Virgin Active Cedar Square (Fourways)

I am very upset and disappointed with the horrible service i keep receiving at Virgin Active Cedar square (Fourways) . You keep debiting my account unauthorised and on the wrong date. I cancelled the contract because you breached the contract. You promised two free months when i signed up but yet you deducted money on those months and on the wrong date. The sales rep Lorraine should be fired them, i keep sending her messages about this matter but she chooses to ignore my messages but yet the debit orders keeps going unauthorised. I went to their offices today and no one could assist due to "loadshedding" . I will take this further if this matter is not resolved within the next 24 hours, i did not authorise the debit order, i cancelled due to the horrible service i kept receiving from Lorraine. I need you to cancel this thing and refund me the money you took from my account on 24 Jan 2023.
