HORRIBLE SERVICE AT VIRGIN ACTIVE

I'm so disappointed with the service I received at Virgin Active Keywest. I went there for Kauai but I was told I need to stand by door as I did not have membership, no chair was offered, the only explanation I got was that I cannot enter as I do not have membership.

The lady at reception was so rude and told me that she cannot explain anything further. The lady came to the door with a menu and I asked her if she thinks what's happening is right.

I've gone to other Kauai stores within Virgin Active and I was let in. I'm really unhappy with the level of service O received.

I had to drive to another Kauai which was 20 km away.

Please work on this and come up with a better way of serving Kauai customers who are non Virgin Active members
