Horrible service and over charging

I was told in March that I qualify for a special that VA is running! I will only pay R620 per month and get March and May for free.

My monthly premium was always R569. After signing up for the deal, my monthly premium must be R620.09 (excluding March & May), however the amount of R648 is being deducted each month!

I have a national membership and am currently gyming at Kyalami Cnr, Midrand. I also signed the contract there and was told everything is 100%.

I spoke to the Manager (Patience) as well as Kyle (Sales) and Skinny (Sales), but no one is assisting me in sorting out the problem!!

I am VERY DISAPPOINTED in the service that I receive from Virgin Active Kyalami Cnr! They don't care about your pocket, as long as they receive their payment. Just another number on their system! Struggling now since April for someone to assist me.
