Horrible service

Someone cut my padlock and stole my belongings from my bag in the change rooms on Tuesday 05/01/2021 between 18:00 - 18:30 at Belair North Riding, South Africa. This happened while I was in the shower after my workouts. The person cut the padlock took my belongings including my car keys, they then proceeded to the parking where the car was parked, opened the car took more of my stuff in the car locked the car and fled. When I noticed that my stuff was missing I quickly notified the club, ran out side to check the car and it was still parked where I left it and was also still locked.

I requested to see the footage so that we can identify the perpetrator but I was told the person who is responsible for security footages had gone home and I will be contacted the next day. I went to open a case at the nearby police station on the same day and the following day I went back to the club to request the footage again from the manager. I met with the manager of the club, Meshack who told me stories and refused to show me the footage. I called the sergeant who is investigating my case and asked him to go request the footage from the club, he didn't find the manager and still the footage was not given to him either. The ***** is rooming streets with my car keys and I live in fear that he might come back and take my car. Please tell me why is it so difficult for Virgin Active to release the footage and help the police to arrest these *******?
