Horrible service

I honestly don't know how virgin active gyms are still open.

My minor son joined in February after his father's death. The fell into arrears and I went to the gym today to sort it out.

All I wanted was a statement to send to his fltrust fund to pay up the arrears.

I went to virgin active Kempton Park. The receptionisy Noni was so unhelpful and arrogant. Then the sales person who assisted my son with contract arrived and tried to assist us.

1. They can not give you a statement I have to call head office 2. Tried to call head office and was disconnected twice.
