HORRIBLE SERVICE

I have tried countless times to get in touch with your Gym at Meyersdal. Not once has anyone contacted me back. This is not the first time in a short period of time they have done this. They clearly do not want or need members to join or rejoin.

I had an incident there where my car was smashed while I was training. Your lady manager did absolutely nothing to assist or see it on camera!

Horrible and disgusting service you should be ashamed of. No wonder I cannot stop seeing bad reviews about Virgin Active gyms. Up your game and service!
