Horrible Service

I thought I am the only on but when one , but but when i go through Virgin Active customer complain I could see that something is not right here .

My account was closed 3 years back with a confirmation that it is update and can be closed as there is no outstanding amount , the fact that that i do not have confirmation or termination latter that was the first question i got from them because they know i was never issued one , 3 years down the line i am getting massage from their Legal Attorneys because they know they never issued me Cancellation latter when cancelling member ship
