HORRIBLE Phone Manner and No Customer Service

<p>I have NEVER in my life been spoken to by a call centre agent like I was spoken to by the lady phoning from Virgin Active.</p> <p> </p> <p>It was disgusting to say it in a nice way. Virgin Active should maybe have a look at their call centre staff and stop stressing about their Gym Fees needing to be increased.</p> <p> </p> <p>I will NEVER recommend Virgin Active to anybody I know as there are smaller gyms where the staff treat you with th utmost respect!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Customer Service will get you far maybe Virgin Active should keep that in mind and completely loose my number.</p>
