Horrible experience

Horrible experience at Virgin Active Welkom!!!! Been a member for over 3 years and not the first time experiencing this level of disrespect. The staff pic on members that they don't like and try and embarrass members. Refuse to let members use machine while staff using 3 machines at the same time, putting water bottle on phone cause they were there first , refusing to give complaint forms after a member that had trouble before for behavior threatens my 19year old not lifting a finger to help him. After exercising for over an hour this same staff member tells member to leave the gym as he removed his shoes while doing lunges on his socks, while the staff member and 4 other members in the same area is wearing slops. Then making a huge fuss and having security remove member from the premises. Strict on rules while alot of the machine are almost always out of order and there is never drinking water available at the fountains. R550 per person per month just to be treated like ****. Unacceptable
