Horrible Customer Service

Virgin Active provides poor customer service. My membership has had a technical problem for three weeks, and no one has fixed it or told me when it will be fixed. I called their customer service number, ***, but the line never goes through. They do not respond to emails. This is an unfortunate situation in which I find myself having to explain to each of their front desk employees why I am entering their clubs!
