Horrible

I lost my phone while I locked the locker with my own lock key. Someone from key lock and took my phone while I was in the shower and I know it is the cleaner. He saw me going to the Sauna. To my surprise when I got back, the locker was broken and only my phone was ******. The Manager was just not willing or did not care because he said anyone can break the locker. I am so dissappointed, you go to a Virgin Active gym thinking it's safer only to find this.
