Randburg gym is probably the best, but the admin of virgin active in general is horrible.

The insufficient info provided when you change home gyms is ridiculous. gyms of the same tier have different prices, why?

On a call, this lady confirmed charge fee of R80 for changing gyms, now I found out I was charged an amount of premium prescription for just gyming in centurion while I was never aware. and also, how do you block my access and charge me for the month I did not have access to? If you lock my access, I expect not to be charged any premiums until I have paid... That makes sense.
