Horizon View Virgin active poor service

What pathetic service, harassment and ****** and all things disturbing from one of your clubs in Roodepoort, Horizon. Virgin active if I could cancel my membership I would after the blatant disregard for me as your client. This morning 21st June 2021 as normal I started my day at one of your club in Horizon, Roodepoort. After finishing my set I left the gym and it seemed I did not have my mask on, and when I was literally at the door. The two ladies who were at reception (the one seems to be in her fifties and the other with braids on) shouted violently and angrily at me to put on my mask as if I'm some school child. Bare in mind there were a few patrons white patrons who also left the gym this morning but were not humiliated like I was. And this is not the first time these two ladies have disrespected me. The first occasion I reported that I had forgotten my gym towel the previous day and asked them kindly to check the lost and found for me, when I came back from my session they didn't even bother to check and they basically harassed me to a point I didn't even enquire about my forgotten item even up to this day.

This time they exhibited ******, unprofessionalism and a lack of training when dealing with clients and it's shocking from a brand I've trusted for so many years. And I understand that we are dealing with a pandemic and we need to follow all protocols, but you can observe protocol while being professional with your clients or the least being rude and vile to white and black members. Can you please train the two women!
